Urgent help needed for eurovox ex7000hd

    hi purchased one of these boxes but after scanning all i keep getting is scrambled channels please can somebody help

    just downloaded latest firmware can i upload it to box via usb or do i have use null modem??

    PUT FIRMWARE ON TO MENORY STICK AND LOAD IT THAT WAY

    hi ive bought a ex7000hd+ box and cant seem to find the right software to download, ive tried all sorts, but the box keeps sayin updating then welcome to hd, so on and so on, im stuck,
    a little help would much appreciated,
