USB Vacuum Coolers for laptops

    Anyone have any experience with them? Do they work? Is there a better option for under $40 or so? I'm looking for a decent cooling solution for my laptop. Buying a new one isn't an option right now (single dad, baby on the way). I am open to the fact that I may be SOL, but I thought I'd ask.
