Using a 1tb external HDD with my 360 and macbook

    I bought a 1tb external iomega HDD to use with my macbook and xbox 360. I bought this to transfer avi/xvid movies from my macbook and play them off the HDD on my xbox 360.

    At first the drive would not work, but I formatted it to fat32 and it worked.

    The problem is when playing videos on the 360 via the hdd, the picture is very poor. I do not understand this as they play fine from any other source

    Any help people, need to get this sorted asap, need to free up space on my mac.
