using alcohol 120%

    hi..
    i downloaded alcohol 120% because i heard that it wil help me burn a cd if a i have a mdf file or a bin and cue files.
    i extracted the bin and cue files and wrote them to cd using sonic record now and it loads up but doesnt play.i need help with that. i also downloaded a game which when extracted gave me an mdf image. can some please help me use alcohol 120% to write a cd.
    p.s i want help in writing cds not dvds.

    Open A120 -> choose burning wizard -> browse for either the bin or mds file -> and burn it.

    which writing method do i use.dao/sao or which one.
