using dothalo for noobs

can someone please help me use dothalo. I downloaded it along with the .NET Framework thingy. please explain it to me in the easiest way possible. I am clueleass and have no idea what to do. try explaining it to me in "bayb language". Thanx

i downloaded dothalo and its a rar file and it wont let me open it so if anyone knows what to do please respond thx.

That is because you need to install .Net Framework 2.0

 

yes after you extract it you need the .net framework
