    Demux the audio with VOBEdit.
    Run VOBEdit
'Open' > select the largest VOB - ok.
    'Demux' > choose AC-3 Audio - ok.

If you have Nero WaveEditor, load the AC-3, select the part you want to save and 'Edit' > 'Crop' > 'File' > 'Save as'.
    Then make the CD.
If you don't have Nero WaveEditor, you can use 'Audacity', but the AC-3 has to be converted to .wav format first.

AC-3 is the format of the DVD audio. It's analogous to MP3.
In the editor you highlight all or some of the stream you wish to play or save with the mouse.
