Using win98Se on 2 computers?

    Hey guys! Just wondering if anyone knows if I can use Win 98SE on both of my old computers and still take them both online with the same Key? Wasnt sure if thats allowed! Thanks

    The CD key for 98SE doesn't have anything to do with the Internet and access to it. You will probably not be able to get online at the same time with both computers if you are running a dynamic connection. See with a dynamic connection you are assigned a different IP address from your modem each time you log on. If two computers are trying to log on at the same time there may be a conflict.

    No it is not a touchy subject. I just don't think that two computers will be able to access the Internet at the same time. Someone else may know a trick to make it work. Personally, the only way I have been able to make it work is through a network. Never log the server on and it will assign a different IP to each computer.
