   I have Motorola Phone Tools V 3.11h. When I go to add my V265 to my software, it tells me to connect my phone. I do that, & then all it does is show the clock indicating that it is installing it, but it is not. Does anyone know what is going on. Thank You.

   my advice to u is to use the P2k and save all ur time from the problems
