Im currious if anyone has returned there V3 after flashing, or ect. And had any problems. I am returning mine, Using the 1 year manufacturers warranty, because of squealing noise i get ocasionaly and low volume. All I have done to my phone is added a few games and ringtones. Using MPT. So I think Im ok.

Second, I see that there are alot of different things that one can do to this phone. What do all of you recommend doing. Personaly I would like to have more room on the phone for ringtones and video. And I would also like to rid of all those junk ringtones/pics that came with phone. I know I know your saying read all the post on what to do. But im hopeing you can save me some time and point me in the right direction. Thank you for any help you give me.

You're probably good regarding warranty if you've never flashed your phone, and just used MPT to add ringtones and stuff.

I've even heard of people returning theirs after flashing and it not being checked, but I'd avoid that.

Yes to open up memory in your phone, you'll need to delete a bunch of the stock junk in it, namely ringtones u dont use, stock wallpapers and skins u don't use and the motorola video. You can free up hella space for games/pics and vids once u get done. Look in the thread at top of forums page for 'safer way to delete files' and it will give u a listing of the files u can safely delete without any problems.

ALSO, when u delete ANY stock sound file...make SURE all of your ringtones are set to SILENT and not using any sounds otherwise you'll get a glitchy sound menu on the other side.
