v550 & mpt 3.11

    hi all new to this forum & need some help.
    i have got two v550 phones and a v525.i can only get one v550 to work using the multimedia studio it keeps saying no phone,anyone got any ideas,also the v525 works fine.

    yes i`m using the same cable,i have had it working a couple of times,but cant seem to get it working again.

    try to plug it in different USB port!!
