V600 HELP? LOCKED?

    Service: AT&T
    WHERE:USA

    ok so after flexing and flashing my MOTOROLA V600 AT&T Phone to get it unlocked i ran into a problem. the phone now says CONTACT SERVICE PROVIDER. Does Anyone know how to help me. i dont have a AT&T account so i can't call them can i? is there a flex or flash to fix my phone? Somone please help thank you.
