WinXP with Aspii 4.70 xp32 Used Virtual Dub to decompress audio and create sync'd AVI file. Used TMPGEnc Plus 2.5 to encode to MPEG1 using VideoCD(PAL) template. CBR 1150 44100 hz FR=25 Bitrate 224 stereo. Used VCD Easy to make VCDs. MPEG1 plays fine on PC with Power DVD. If I make a short MPEG1(5 min. of the beginning AVI)it plays fine on home player - I make the full VCD and it plays out of sync right from the start (on home unit only). Any suggestions???
