VCD Build...

    Have a look at the directory structure of my "VCD" can anyone assist me in repairing/rebuilding this so that I can encode it to VCD that will play in my DVD drive?

    Volume Serial Number is CDEE-89D2

    I thinks it may be a PAL/NTSC issue

    What's the issue? DVD doesn't recognize the VCD?

    I am using Power DVD, the title screen changes sizes, and then the program locks up. Same with any other player I put it in.

    Have you tried to play the .DAT file inside your MPEGAV dir with Windows Media Player?
