ok, i think i can answer my own question, but just in case ill ask (i dont wanna waste a disk if im wrong.) Ok i burnt a disk, worked fine except on my tv some of the bottom is cut off. My tv is a 65" widescreen, when i put the avi's into mpeg's i set it to 1:1 and fullscreen(keep aspect ration or whatever). should i set it to 4:3 and the fullscreen one to make the whole picture work?
i resize my video manually. calculate the resolution of you choose aspect ratio then calculate the video the size you wanted. you can use cdrw
