vcd-dvd convert?

    i have an image file here plus a bin my dvd player dosent play vcd's how could i convert them to dvd format?

    i faced same problems before,you can find a software to convert the image files to dvd formats.i know a software can convert it smoothly named http://i'manidiot.com edited by ddp
