    Hello everyone,

this just crossed my mind today. I know VCD has to be of certain bitrate and format etc, but do you think that it could be possible to make an extra-extra long VCD by using correct structures etc. and burn it on a DVD? Or is the lenght of a VCD limited somehow and the DVD-players in general understand this?

Idea would be to burn some tv-shows on a DVD. I have loads of them in VCD format taking about 250-260MB per episode. Now if the size is considered I could fit easily a load of them on a DVD-R.

Anyone know if this is possible? If it is what should I need to know about making this kind of VCD?
