VCD on my DVD player

    Hi, I have a few Vcds that will play fine on two of my Dvd players but another one doesn't support that format. Do you know anyway to unlock my DVD player so that it will play my VCDs, Or do I have to buy a new one?

    I tried to load VCD playback function on my DVD player (apex 1200) sucessfully few weeks ago. I think depends on type of your DVD player. I do not know if yours is Apex or not. if it is, then go to the following website and you will find the detail step by step instructions there which let me reload the VCD play function on my DVD player.
    if yours is not apex, then I suggest you use google search if you can find any upgrade methods to upgrade your firmware of your DVD player's video card.
