vcd sub title problem

    I have been having trouble with TMPGenc when encoding anime. When I encode I crop the top by 20 and that makes it so I can see the sub titles. I was wondering how to resize everything so that it fits without cropping. I am confused as to how to control the aspect ration and dimensions of the file. I have tried a few burns without any success. If anyone has experiance please give me a hand.
