I took a verified file that was already in SVCD (.mpeg)format and used NERO to burn the file as a SVCD. Now, everything works fine when i use my computers' DVD player to play the SVCD but when i pop it into my Sony (VCD Compatible)DVD player it doesn't recognize the disc. It try's to play it but ends up just reading 'no disc.' At first i thought it was just me being an idiot seeing as how the DVD player says it's VCD compatible but doesn't mention anything about SVCD's... so, i go back and burn the file once again using NERO but this time into VCD format (which NERO had to convert the SVCD file into VCD format). But still... no luck. I'm assuming this is a DVD player problem, but if it is, then how do i fix this? Carry around a couple VCD's and ask to try out the DVD player before buying it?? Maybe it's my dics, but i use good quality TDK 48X discs (btw... i burned my SVCD/VCD's at 32X) I'm pretty sure i've givin' you all the details (oh, except the version of NERO i'm using... which would be 10.10.28 i think.) Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. THX
