Help this is driving me nuts, if i convert an avi/divx to vcd or svcd the resultant mpeg stream contains minor glitches that cause a slight sticky frame about every 3 sec in pal, variable in nstc, i have used loads of diff progs, nero, tmpeg, main concept, you name it i ran it through it all with the same effect, i even tried it on another pc, still the same, only thing that is the same on both pc,s is they both run xp, i have plenty of good and poor quality vcd that run very smooth all of mine have this odd anoying sticky frame, any ideas ??????????????????? cheers
