vcd/svcd

    when using tmpgenc setting motion search precision, is the lowest quality(svcd) still better than the highest quality(vcd). i hope i said that right.

    ps i have a choice whether to make a vcd or a svcd and in each case i have to pick a quality._X_X_X_X_X_[small]dragon214[/small]

    Nope I wouldn't think so. I think the quality would worse on the svcd if you did that actually!
