My experience with playing VCD on my DVD player is very good. Unfortunately the space on a CD (600 MB)is very limited so I descided to buy a DVD writer (4300 MB). Now when I want to burn a movie onto a DVD it takes-up much more space compared to burning on a VCD. Is it possible to create a VCD on a DVD ? (Don´t forget I´m a n00b) For example: Create the VCD folder structure on my harddisk Copy the .dat files from several VCD´s into the ´MPEGAV´ directory and burn everything onto a DVD ??
