I'm having trouble getting audio onto VCD to VHS recordings. I'm using an S-Video to RCA cable for video and RCA for audio. I have the RCA plugged into the audio out on my sound card and audio in on the VCR. I CAN'T GET AUDIO!! The video is great. Do I need a certain cable for the audio? Is there any way to rig an RCA cable to work? Please help me out here guys as mother is getting impatient with wanting her movies transfered, and we all know the wrath of mother
Don't think you need to do anything special here, but it all depends on your audio card. If you're using the right cable your audio card manual suggests, then I'd check and make sure your computer is setup to output audio via the ports you are connecting to the VCR.
