VCD tracking?

    I burned a bin/cue files to a VCD. The movie works, but I have a problem.

    The problem is similar to the ones when a regular vcr tape sends frames from the top instead of being still. You have to press the tracking button usually to get the screen to center itself.

    Anyway how would this work on a VCD format?

    Ok I seem to be able to watch the movie on PowerDVD, but when I burned it to a cd and tried to watch it with my dvd player the tracking was all messed up. Is this a burning issue or a DVD player issue.

    BTW I used CDRwin 4.0 to burn my VCD. Please help.
