    is there a way to join two vcd together for that matter any video files with different fps so that they play nicely

    a) convert the 2 vcd to separate dvd titles and burn on a dvd
    b) convert one of the vcd to a format with the same framerate as the other and burn as another chapter on dvd.
    c) get a DVD changer and burn separate vcds :)
