    i have...
    p4 lga775 2.8ghz.

i dont overclock. i dont want to. just recently ive been getting ridiculous cpu temps. and i just fixed that. while i was monitoring that problem id open hardware doctor and see what levels the temp was at. after i fixed the cpu temp ive been getting vcore voltage warnings in hardware doctor, saying its too low. its at 1.22 or 1.23, and it shows the low limit is 1.25. before i fixed the cpu temp problem, i think the vcore was always at 1.25, i dont recall. but i know i have never gotten that warning. for now i just set the low limit to 1.20 so i dont get that error. is my pc fine with the vcore at 1.22/1.23?

Download and run prime95 for 6-8 hours, if you get no errors then you're good. It may run fine during normal use but when you do something CPU intensive (prime95, encoding, gaming) then it may not be as fine and dandy
