Verizon Voice mail setup

    I just recently got my u740 and today I was trying to setup my voice mail box. I did the *86 thing on my u740 and it said "Your feature update could not be completed. If you feel you have reach this recording in error check your number and try again." Does anyone know how to fix this or should I contact Verizon costumer support.

    Try Re programming it by *22899. You won't hear any voices as usual. Just Recycle the phone as normal when it's done / Starts beeping.

    Thanks for the tip but it still does the same thing. So im just going to call customer support.
