Very Powerful MP3 Batch Converter

    Hi, I want to know of a batch MP3 converter that can do the following during the conversion...

    1. Convert bitrate
    2. Convert from 44hz to 22hz
    3. Convert to Mono
    4. Add a normalization filter

    I want my MP3s in 32kbps, 22hz, mono and normalized because if they are not normalized then there is crackle and popping sounds. Is there a program that can do all of this for me? Thanks!

    yes and be sure to install the LAME mp3 plugin from the codec page of dBPowerAMP's website
