   Hi, converted a dvd to a divx format following instructions in the 16:9 aspect guide. All seemed to work fine, expect playback of sound is very scratchy (like running nails down a chalk board), and when trying to play wirth divx player 2.1 it spits back a unknown audio tag.
   
   Any ideas?

   Ouch I would actually suggest u find an up to date guide anyway, afterdawn guide is out of date! or try Dr DivX!
