You can start by turning off your caps lock..and stop shouting! Try typing your question into the search function at the top of the page..eg: vhs to dvd You should find what you're after. Cheers.
Peshtigo sez... Me sez...ever heard of the movie "good morning vietnam"? The guy from artilliary sez "don't care what you play..just make it LOUD ok?" rofl Got your point though Peshtigo.
You have a case of macrovision.. You need a macrovision stripper box. http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/148283 There are about 4 different types that were used over the years.. not every box works for every kind. It often works by reducing the level of the field sync pulse in the video signal.. a TV will not care too much because of something called "flywheel sync" which will replace the missing sync pulses, but a video recorder will either record garbage, or if it is not a real antique it will say "protected" and refuse to record. Later versions used the line sync pulses instead.. with pretty much the same end result.
