you can use windows movie maker to do it. you just need your VHS player hooked up to your PCs video input and record the tape. once youve done recording you can use movie maker to put it on a dvd 2. easy
is windows movie maker free? i have this program "Click To Dvd" that came with my computer software bundle. it captures video from digital and analog(vcr) sources then outputs it to dvd. its not free but if you got a computer that came with a software bundle then check to see if you got a program like that. i didnt even know i had a program that could do that until i started messing atound with unknown software.
