Vid file+ 6ch sound to DVD

I am playing around with nero,avitodvd and roxio easy media 10 and would like to create a dvd with the video files AC3 6 channel sound intact, what do I use to do this?

also what program can I sue to automate movie playing when I use build my own menus?

Nero only partially works automation is disabled for animated menus 0-o

sure I could straight rip it to disc and have it paly with no menus but whats the fun of that
