Hello all. Newbie here. I'm having an issue using Nero 7 to capture family videos from my Handycam. I'm using ATI Theatre 550 pro with purple box. I have handycam connected (Hi8) and I can capture video with Nero but only as long as it is less than 21 minutes. It automatically stops capturing my tape after about 21 minutes. I cannot find a setting or config anywhere to assist me. The video it captures is fine, but it just doesn't get the whole thing. I'm stumped. The file size that it captures is about 1.12gb in .mpg format. Again, everything seems fine just the fact that it stops on it's own.
Update. I've tried to enter a start and stop time in the duration window and it still stops after about 21 minutes.
