hi, im have a ATI radeon 9600 XT with a 1.7Ghz intel celeron and im running windows XP. my computer used to work fine until i formatted my hard drive. now everytime i turn on my computer in normal mode (it runs fine in VGA mode) it will start flickering and/or reset itself. ive already tried going to the ATI website and my motherboards website to download drivers but it still doesnt work!
Hey! Double check the resoloution, refresh rate and bit depth -- could be a video problem. Why did you reinsall o/s? Was there a problem? ianski7
