I have a panasonic 250 digital camcorder. I have been trying to put little 5 minute clips of different stuff I have recorded and everytime I do it coems out choppy and like there is lines or soemthing thru the video.......I was using jodix to convert but something is wrong. Any suggetions?
Is the video choppy when it is played on your computer or on your iPod? What iPod do you have and what firmware are you using [30gig iPod or 60 gig iPod, and firmware 1.0; 1.1; 1.1.1]? And what format is the video in that your camcorder produces. I've never heard of Jodix to convert videos for the iPod. If you're looking for something free you may want to test Videora iPod Converter out. But be sure to get back to us
It is choppy when I play it back on my Ipod. It is just fine on my computer. I guess it is and AVI file comming out of my digi camcorder and then I am using Jodix to convert to mp4. Anyway, Thanks if you can help me.....
I would assume you are using firmware 1.1 I would suggest reverting back to version 1.0, although I havn't heard any problems with the 1.1 updater. If the video file plays without any problems in iTunes then it is your iPod playback that is the issue. Switching the firmware to 1.0 should fix that.
