when i convert a .omg file to mpeg using fmpgenc i get blocky images when there is a fast change of color
(such as scene -->black-->blocks and scene-->scene again.). or when there is a lot of flashes in the movie. is there a way to make it not blocky.
    thanks

Well it depends on what is Causeing the Blockyness....

Blocky Images can be Caused from a Number of Things and some of these Things can be Fixed (Sort Of) and some can not....

If the Blockyness is Caused from Up-Resizeing of the Resolution then there isn"t much you can do accept to Not Resize up that much....

If the Blockyness is Caused from Bad Quality encodeing or Too Low of a Bitrate then it can be Fixed by useing a Better quality encoder and/Or useing a Higher Bitrate when encodeing to mpeg.....

Blockness can also be Caused Just from Encodeing low Quality Video Files of which there is no solution.....

    Good luck
