When i go to the dvd section of nero, i dont know what to click on to do this. when i tried to use "Burn DVD video" it says my files are not the correct format. Did i click the wrong tab? do I nedd converting software? do in need a plugin? please help.

ScubaPete to the rescue on this one but I believe he's going to tell you to leverage Recode 2, within Nero.

It is an add-on that comes with Nero 6 Ultra.

When you use burn DVD video, it assumes DVD formats VOBs, IFOs, BUFs (like you would see on a regular DVD). You need to use Nerovision Express that will encode the AVIs/MPGs to DVD format first, and it create and burn directly.

    Hey g-union
First of all your avi files and mpeg1 video must be converted to mpeg2,
