i have a few video files(avi,mpg)that freeze during playback,the audio continues but the video remains frozen.this happens on all of my media players(vlc player,ultraplayer,windows media player8.is there any software i can download to correct this problem?
Download and install the latest divx codec. If that doesnt work then you can try resaving the file with virtualdubmod. Thisll work with the avis. Im pretty sure you can use TMPGEnc to resave your mpegs as well. Good Luck.
