Hi. I'm trying to play a video on my computer with windows media player. The video works fine, but there is an error with the audio. This is the error: "The audio codec identified by the format tag 2000is required to play this file. To determine if this codec is available to download from the web, click web help." I did click it, but there was nothing to download. Is there something I need to download? Any help would be helpful.

    Thanks

You probably are missing an audio codec.
Don't know what 'tag 2000' means and if it tells the codec needed but you could use software called GSpot to find out the audio codec needed and then install it.
