Video lags in full screen with Nvidia fx 5500 on windows 7

    I have a 24" monitor and my resolution is 1920x1080 at 60Hz.
    Video lags in full screen with Nvidia fx 5500 256mb agp x8 on windows 7, but before i had windows xp and no lag, is there anything i can do to fix this?

    Btw, i use Windows media player classic and Windows media playe but both are slow on full screen.
