Have you tried any other software?
    Is nero up to date?
Is your firmware up to date?
    What cds are you using?

Yes Nero is up to date and and everything else. As for the cd\r's i have tryed different ones and all Memorex cd\r's or rw's i have won't work at all in any recorders i have. I have contacted Memorex about the problem and they sent me new cd\rw's and cd\r's and they still won't work and the only cd's i can get to work right in anything i have are Maxell. But like i said i have tryed them all that i could find here in town and these beats them all.

Yeh memorex are crap. Maxell are good, keep with them.
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling nero?
Have you tried any other software to put them to disc?
The discs you are using are compatible with your recorder?
