guys, i need your help on this. Is it possible to increase the screen size/resolution of my VCD prior to burning them? I know the default is 3xx by 2xx or so. What if i want it to be 800 by 600? Would it be possible?

its possible...but it wont play on a dvd player...just load unlock.mcf into tmpgenc...then change the resolution to whatever you like...might be a good idea to change the video arrange method to full screen (keep aspect ratio) so that you dont lose the original aspect ratio of the movie/video that your converting

harry, it will take a long time to encode and the quality will suck mate so there really is no point. If you want to try it, do as hodehead said but dont forget, when you click settings, click the "System" tab and Change MPEG-1 VideoCD to "MPEG-1 VideoCD (non-standard)" or else it may just decide to fix the resolution itself!
