Can someone explain more about Video Sample Size or lead me to a link. I'm using AutoGK to encode DVD > XviD. When I use XviD I get a Video Sample Size of 12 bits, yet using DivX gives a 24 bit Sample Size. Does the size change the Quality or Resoultion to the Video in any way. Just Curious.
    Cheers!

Well, sample size represents number of bits for storing one sample. Bigger sample size better quality because more deatails of a sample can be stored. However XviD incorporate better compression algorithm with similar quality results.
