video skipping/pausing where vobs join

I took an avi file and encoded for dvd with DIKO,created an .iso image from the videots folder with FOLDER2ISO and burned to dvd with DVD DECRYPTER. The problem is the movie jumps half way through and their is a slight loss of audio sync for a couple of seconds then the movie rights itself. I got the same problem with a second movie i encoded and burned this way. The vobs are under a gig each in size.
Anybody?

 

Try use another program (e.g. DivxToDVD) to convert the avis into dvd compliant format instead.
