I'm hunting for some video editng software that can put lighting bolts in the videos. know any good software
Most any Video Paint or effects/Composting program can be used to Overlay an image overtop of a Video frame... If you want to do Realistic Hollywood Type of Effects then something like "Adobe After Effects Pro 6.5" would be Ideal but it is expensive and Hard to Learn.... "Ulead Media Studio Pro 7" is a Video editor that has a Video Paint Program built in with it and it will let you go in and Frame By frame Paint over the Video... There are a Million more out there, maybe you should do a google search and find some of the Programs and try them for yourself???
