Video upside-down when converted from .avi to .mp4

    I've been trying to convert a series of videos from .avi to .mp4 using BOTH xilisoft and Jodix Free Ipod Video Converter, however the resulting videos in both cases are upside-down. How do I prevent this from happening? Help much appreciated :)

    Never heard of that converter before but i can only recomend you use Super as an alternative supports many differant formats, its never failed me.
