Hi guys I have nero oem..just the basics. I installed the first 2 "Ultra Edition 6.6" updates on the nero site..and rebooted my computer. Then, I opened Smart Start to open the DVD burner as usual and chose DVD files etc etc etc The problem is, when I get to where you actually add the files both the video_ts and audio_ts folders that are usually there have disapeared. Furthermore, I tried to right click and create new folders to no effect. The reason I'm asking for this is I seem to remember readin that if someone burns a DVD in Nero without putting the VOB files in a VIDEO_TS folder then the DVD won't play right on standalone players?...or something like that. Thanks!! PS- I forgot to add I tried reinstalling/removing 2 times with exact same results.
Just to clarify after a talk with a friend- I'm talking about the video_ts folder inside nero express2 Before the upgrade express had a red video_ts folder than was undeletable and now it has none and I can't add one of my own either. Is it possible the update removed the need for this folder? I'm going to burn a dvd and see if it plays on my sony/apex/ps2....more later Thanks again
