View DVDs off HDD

    what is the best software to use in ripping my own DVDs to my mac? I don't particularly want to burn them again, just rip them on there so i can watch it off the HDD, so i can store all my DVDs and not have to worry about them.

    you can do that.. but you are compressing them.. so they may not look that great.
    you can use mac the ripper.. leave it on the hd.. and play it with the dvd player

    open dvd player-->apple+O-->hit play..
