Hi, I am wondering if it is possible to view artist name and track name as part of a Windows Media Player playlist?
At present, my WMP only gives me track name and length, which is annoying when you have a large collection and can't remember who the track is by.
The artist name comes up when you play the track, but I want to be able to view it on the scroll down playlist on right hand side of screen.
Is anyone able to help me with this?
    Thanks.

I would strongly recommend WinAmp for playing music. It is also great for playlists and other stuff.

Which version of WMP you're using?

    I have WMP version 9.
I have got winamp but I struggle to find a good plugin for things like cover art - there are heaps that say they work but when I downlaod them nothing happens - am I doing something wrong here?
Also I find Winamp quite slow on my copmputer, especially when running playlists of 1000+ songs.
Are there any other players which are simple, eg Foobar, that can show album art, but also have an easy to use playlist that shows artist / title?
I think Winamp has possibilities if I can find the right software to configure it properly...
    Any feedback would be appreciated!

@inamm, Advertising without permission is against the rules, and what did that have to do with the topic anyway? - Dela
