Viewing Starview channels in 2 rooms

HI, I have a starview box installed in downstairs, when Virgin originally installed my cable, they ran a seperate cable upstairs to enable me to watch what ever was on downstairs, however this doesn't seem to work with my starview box, any suggstions????
I have tried this with my V box and this works fine. I really don't want to change the cable. Cheers

 

you can only watch the same channel whats on the box by using the rf out on the box

 

this works only with the V box and not with the starview box. Have tried putting the cable into both the "cable output" & "tv output" on the starview and still cannot get a picture. Sorry if this sounds basic? Thanks

 

you might have to tune the tv to the box then you should get a picture on it
